WE'RE HERE TO HELP
Confirming project genre, target language(s), testing platforms, version history and roadmaps, scales, deadlines, testing objectives, roles and responsibilities, and more.
Setting up the testing environment. Assigning tester teams. Engaging with the game and its resources to deepen our understanding. Developing management and testing guidelines.
Maintaining a positive and efficient discourse with the client throughout the entire process.
Refining our testing to best fit the needs of our client.
Building specialized teams formed of experienced native speakers, appointed according to project and testing requirements, so as to maximize efficiency as testing begins.
Assessing target languages, user interfaces, audio, functions etc. for issues and cultural suitability within in-game environments for maximum accuracy. All logged and reported in full.
Issue lists are logged into pre-appointed platforms, maintaining a consistent format.
Real-time supervision by professional management staff provided for all lists, minimizing the need for client-side checks.
Regression testing checks back on issues identified while ensuring changes haven't adversely affected other languages, or led to secondary issues.
Summaries are submitted as the testing cycle nears its conclusion. These describe issues encountered, any major risks, outstanding problems, and follow-up recommendations for dealing with them.
Testing can be carried out on full packages, separate chapters and sections, set versions or builds, and include intensive pre-release checks.
Regular testing and long-term LQA services are also available to support ongoing projects.

Localization testing began by focusing on the game's MTPE (machine translation post-editing) content.
We gave revision suggestions, reviewed the text in-game in real-environment tests, and collaborated with the client to provide end-to-end solutions and streamline our service.
We joined together with clients to resolve challenges such as development document formats, AI-translated and misplaced non-translatable elements, terminology inconsistency, and other specialized issues.
Through close collaboration and a streamlined process, we conveyed clear feedback and established delivery standards.
Our language experts sifted through all in-game content from the player's perspective, issuing targeted fixes and elevating the overall language quality.

For this major sequel in Level-5's massive soccer-RPG series, Yeehe provided full LQA testing across all target languages, raising it to the best quality possible.
We conducted real-environment testing on all platforms set for release, undergoing a comprehensive and systematic inspection:
keeping terminologies consistent with previous entries in the series;
reviewing storyline, cutscene, and special move content; confirming audio-visual and subtitle synchronization;
identifying and fixing overrunning or misplaced text and font rendering errors, among other visual irregularities; and much more.
It all took place in a series of testing cycles, each polishing the final game further than the last.
Ultimately, this rigorous LQA saw the game launch fully stable across all languages and platforms.
